Is alcohol allowed at the venue?
Yes. However we do not sell it or serve it. BYOB! NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Is there plenty of parking?
Yes. The Venue is located on 200 acres so there is plenty of space!
How large of event can the venue host?
We provide tables and chairs for up to 120 guests. However we have hosted events with 300+ guests. There is a local party rental business that rents additional tables and chairs.

Is the venue climate controlled?
The barn does have heat however during the warmer months we have industrial fans and the doors open up for a nice breeze.
What time can I set up?
3 day reservation
Friday 9am until Sunday 12pm. NO CURFEW!
2 day reservation
Friday 9am until Sunday 2am. Cleanup must be completed that night.
1 day reservation
9am- 11pm
How much is the deposit?
To reserve a date we require a 50% deposit. Final payment is due 30 days before the date of event.
Is there a room for the bride to get ready in?
Yes! We have climate controlled bridal and groom suites.
Can we camp for the weekend of the event?
Yes. Available only with our 3 day package. Primitive camping and space for RVs.
Can we decorate the venue?
Yes. You are welcome to decorate in any way you like.
Who is responsible for set up and tear down of the tables and cleaning after the event?
The guest is responsible. However we do offer set and tear down and clean up for a nominal fee.
What is the size of the venue?
The barn offers 3000 sq feet of indoor space as well as a 1400sq ft patio and 3 large decks.
Is there wifi?
Yes and all major mobile carriers have service on the site as well.
Do any outside vendors need to be approved?
No. You are welcome use anyone you choose.
Are there any extra fees for rehearsal dinners, or ceremonies on the property?
No hidden charges or additional fees here.
