Frequently asked questions

Is alcohol allowed at the venue?

Yes. We however do not sell or provide it.

Is there plenty of parking?

Yes. The Venue is located on 200 acres so there is plenty of space!

How large of event can the venue host?

We provide tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. However we have hosted events with 300+ guests. There is a local party rental business that rents additional tables and chairs.

Is the venue climate controlled?

The barn does have heat however during the warmer months we have industrial fans and the doors open up for a nice breeze. 

How much is the deposit?

To reserve a date we require a 50% deposit. Final payment is due 30 days before the date of event. We are currently offering payment plans for 2027.

Is there a room for the bride to get ready in?

Yes! We have climate controlled bridal and groom suites.

Can we camp for the weekend of the event?

Yes. We have space for primitive camping and space for pull behind campers.  (additional charges may apply)

Can we decorate the venue?

Yes. You are welcome to decorate in any way you like. 

Who is responsible for set up and tear down of the tables and cleaning after the event?

The guest is responsible. However we do offer set and tear down and clean up for a nominal fee.

What is the size of the venue?

The barn offers 3000 sq feet of indoor space as well as a 1400 patio and 3 large decks.

Is there wifi?

Yes and all major mobile carriers have service on the site as well.

Do any outside vendors need to be approved?

No. You are welcome use anyone you choose. 

Are there any extra fees for rehearsal dinners, or ceremonies on the property? 

No hidden charges or additional fees here.
