When we decided to do a venue for events we took into consideration how expensive and stressful it is!
2027 Rates
3 day access to the venue. $1800
Friday 8am through Sunday 12pm. Time to set up have a rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. NO CURFEW!!!
2 day access to the venue. $1500
Saturday 8am through Sunday 2am.
1 day access to the venue $850 9am-11pm
8am - 11pm access to the venue. SUNDAYS ONLY April-October.
Guests are responsible for set up and clean up. Cleanup must be completed by the end of the rental period. Decorations are welcomed but they must be taken down at end of rental period. Don't feel like cleaning up? We can take care of that for a nominal fee.
Birthday parties and smaller events.
$60 an hour 3 hour minimum. $50 per each additional hour.
Includes tables and chairs for up to 30 guests. Sunday-Thursday April-October. Offseason November-February available 7 days a week.
