3 day weekend access to the venue. $1500
2 day weekend access to the venue. $1200

3 day access to the venue. $1800

Guests are responsible for set up and clean up. Decorations are welcomed but they must be taken down at end of rental period. Don't feel like cleaning up? We can take care of that for a nominal fee.
Birthday parties and smaller events.
$50 an hour 3 hour minimum.
Includes tables and chairs for up to 75 guests. Sunday-Thursday April-October.
